I am a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Pam Beach, Florida with a major in Biology and a minor in Marine Biology. I am currently trying to obtain my master's degree in Special Education from Salem State University.Since leaving college, I have worked with students young and old. In the most recent past, I have focused my work on helping those in the middle school range who have some learning disabilities. I do my best to modify the teaching plan in order to suit the individual needs of the students that I am working with. This helps them to prepare for their ANET/MCAS exams. I know just how hard those standardized tests are, as I struggled with them myself.I am most passionate about subjects such as Earth Science, Biology, Genetics, ad Microbiology. I have also found that English Language Arts, History, and Algebra are also very enjoyable.During my free time, I enjoy kayaking, reading, swimming, and spending as much time as possible with my children.
